Everyone must have experienced failures, which in time what we get does not fit with what we planned. We need to learn how to deal with these failures, because all successful teachers said that the failure and success was already packed in one package. Often we just can not wait to get success in the process, and quick to complain, blame others and make excuses to quit acting if it finds a failure.
There are several types of people in response to failure:
1. Looking for a scapegoat, deny and justify. Most people will do this, when it failed. Feeling frustrated and eventually quit acting and surrender. They would say to others:
"wow, I'm not talented",
"Government is not fair",
"My employees insolent"
"correct my word, business is hard"
2. Repeating the same action without changing the strategy.
People like this type, still better, because they are still trying to remain confident and act to achieve its objectives. But they forget that the actions they take are the same as they once did. So they use the approach, the same way and kept repeating without ever changing the strategy in use.
3. Learning from mistakes, change strategy and to continue to act.
This pattern is that successful people use, they never feel like a failure, complaining, blaming others. They continue to learn, change strategy and do whatever in necessary to get a goal. To get different results, you will also have different actions. Life is choices, and we take full responsibility for our own lives, not someone else, not our bosses nor the government as well.
