Synopsis: Songbird Portable is a feature-rich iTunes-like media manager and player with easy-to-navigate media library and a long list of supported devices. Like iTunes, the program supports audio, video, and photo sync, and can import or export to or from iTunes. The program supports many more devices than iTunes (although not Apple's devices), a much longer list of audio formats, and can use skins to change the look and feel.
The program supports lyrics, folder watch, dynamic playlists, album artwork, and gapless playback, equalizer, etc. Includes an integrated web browser (Firefox) and works with internet radio sources. Add-ons to extend features with several default and downloadable tools including CD-Rip, concert lookup for artists, music store and both Quicktime (if installed) and Windows Media Video formats.

How to extract:
1. Download the self-extracting EXE and extract to a system temporary folder (c:\windows\temp or c:\winnt\temp).
2. Launch SongbirdPortable.exe from this temporary folder and install desired plugins when prompted.
3. Close the program and move \SongbirdPortable to a folder of your choice.
4. Launch SongbirdPortable.exe.
Optionally, to make the program more stealth, disable the browser caching. Go to Tools - Options - Privacy - Private Data - Check "Always clear my private data when I close Songbird". Finally, click Settings and make sure all boxes are checked.
